This workshop will delve deeper into text mining techniques and basic NLP (Natural Language Processing) approaches. Participants will learn methods to preprocess text, extract meaningful patterns, and apply introductory NLP models for analysis.

NOTE: This session requires basic Python coding skills and a basic understanding of machine learning. If participants feel they lack these prerequisites, we highly recommend registering for Part 1. You can register for Part 1 here. Alternatively, a recording of Part 1 will be available for those who register for Part 2 and would like to review the material beforehand. Please note that Part 2 will not cover foundational concepts and will focus exclusively on text analysis techniques.

Anindita Bandyopadhyay, CSSI graduate consultant and PhD student in Business Analytics, will run the workshop.

Register for the workshop here! Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
